The first-launch flow prepares the application language, legal acceptance, and license before the workspace opens.

First launch

  1. Choose English, Bahasa Melayu, or Simplified Chinese.
  2. Read the current Software License Agreement, scroll to the end, and select Accept and continue.
  3. Enter the license key delivered after purchase. The current format is TGB-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX.
  4. Activate on the current computer. One license activates one computer at a time unless your plan states otherwise.

Move a license

Use the license/device controls to deactivate the current computer before activating another one. If the old computer is unavailable, contact support for ownership verification.

Trial access

If you do not have a license, submit the trial request. Approved instructions are sent to the submitted email.
