The contact manager supports standardized identity fields, tags, notes, consent state, and Variables used in campaigns.

Add a contact

  1. Open Telegram → Contacts and select Add Contact.
  2. Enter First Name and Last Name.
  3. Enter at least one reachable Telegram identifier: phone number, Telegram username, or Telegram user ID.
  4. Add country, company, notes, tags, consent/opt-out state, and Variables when appropriate.
  5. Save and use search or filters to build a working list.

Manage Variables

  1. Use Manage Variable to create reusable custom fields.
  2. Add a value to each contact that needs personalized content.
  3. Insert standard fields or Variables into a template or campaign, then preview several recipients before sending.

Campaign addressing

A contact can contain more than one identifier. TGBotSender resolves the usable Telegram destination for the selected sender when preparing the campaign; invalid or unreachable recipients are reported rather than guessed.

Validation

Use Contact Validation to find incomplete or invalid local records. Use Username Validation for username files before a campaign.
