Commands and reply rules provide predictable responses before optional AI fallback.

Commands

  1. Open Bots → Commands and select a bot.
  2. Create a command such as /start, /help, /products, or /contact.
  3. Add a description, localized response, optional attachment, inline buttons, or reply-keyboard rows.
  4. Save and publish the supported command configuration.

Rules

Use exact, contains, starts with, ends with, command, or default matching. Choose Rules only, AI only, or the recommended Rules first → AI fallback mode.

Inline button builder

  1. Add URL buttons or callback buttons without writing Bot API JSON.
  2. Create multiple rows and multiple buttons per row.
  3. Reorder, duplicate, or delete a button and preview the complete message.
  4. Save reusable button templates when the same menu appears in more than one bot response.

Callback actions

A callback can send a message or media, open another button menu, apply or remove a subscriber tag, update local customer status, trigger an auto-reply flow or AI Agent, request human handoff, or run another saved flow.

Reply keyboards

Build bot reply-keyboard rows and configure resize, one-time, selective, persistent, input placeholder, or keyboard removal. These controls are bot-only and are not shown for ordinary Telegram user-account messages.

Verify before publishing

Check every URL, callback path, tag, status change, flow, and AI handoff with a test bot conversation.
